Can't handle complex IRA situations

I had 6000 in excess contributions to Traditional IRA for 2012 and 12500 in excess contributions to Traditional IRA for 2013
6000 was mistakently entered twice so I had to fill out a distributiont form to get 6000 back. Then found out when doing taxes that I was not eligible for a Traditional IRA so had to convert to a Roth IRA. Received 1099R for 18,500. No matter how I filled out the forms, I ended up owing tax on after-tax money and also getting a 6% penalty when all money was after-tax contibution. Step-by-step didn't help and it would not allow me to enter info directly onto form. Had to delete the traditional IRA info from my return. Am concerned I'll have difficulty proving tax basis when I take money from my Roth IRA

End Result - Not so Good

State tax return stated "DO NOT FILE - FILE NOT FINAL - DO NOT FILE"
What's great about it: Software captured 2013 results correctly and guided correctly.
What's not so great: Ifify directions at the end of the program on how to print.

It has always been a certainty this product will provide the appropriate questions that garner the appropriate return.
What's great about it: user friendly every time every year!
What's not so great: program cost keeps going up
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Accurate, Quick, Convenient

I've been using TurboTax for several years. Never experienced any problem. It has been seamless even when financial conditions change. Handles every new financial twist with ease.
What's great about it: You are guided through the return at every point
