When I was entering my home office deductions it said there would be a place to enter my communications deductions for example my cell phone bill. I was never able to locate that.
What's great about it: it was mostley easy to complete my takes
What's not so great: couldn't find where to enter my deductions for phones

I have been using Turbo Tax for 6 years now and recommend it to all of my friends. I am a small business owner and have had no problems at all using Turbo Tax since my accountant retired.
What's great about it: Very easy. Walks you through your return.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many many years and have never had any issues in using the program or with returns prepared from the program. Very user friendly.
What's great about it: Very easy to use; they ask all the right questions so nothing is forgotten
What's not so great: I have nothing negative to say about the produce

Wished turbo tax would let us know that the returns can't be finalized because the forms for state returns are not yet available. How hard is it for the software to put a message out when we try to print the return that it can't be completed at this time because of the above reason? Include the date of availability,too while you're at it. The FAQ section knew about it.
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: wasted time figuring out why state return is not finalized - forms are still unavailable.
