Super EASY $$$

We have been customers for nearly a decade. From the start, Turbo Tax has made doing taxes simple and efficient. I am not an accountant or a lawyer, yet we feel confident that our state and federal taxes were filed correctly and professionally. I most like the detailed descriptions and explanations of tax terms and jargon. It is actually fun to do taxes now. The running RETURN display shows exactly how much each entry affects your return. I remember the first few times we used Turbo Tax and Its Deducible and watching our return grow and grow. We had never realized now much "extra" we were paying in taxes. That will never happen again thanks to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Fast, efficient and flawless system. Makes me feel like a tax pro!
What's not so great: None! TURBO TAX GETS FASTER, EASIER EVERY YEAR!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great job

I love turbo tax & have used it for at least 10 yrs or more. The only thing I don't like is each year an individual has to pay the entire price for the program each year. I think if you've been a loyal customer for all these years they deserve a discount. Regardless, I still like turbo tax.

Great Software & Excellent Free Online Help

Have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have never had an issue with accuracy or audits. An excellent product that I will continue to use in the future.

I've been using Turbo Tax now for years and its quick and easy. Its a little more pricey than some other tax programs but you get what you pay for.

Over the years, I have dealt with many different tax situations; Buying and selling homes and all of the issues that go with it, business expenses, charitable contributions, a wide variety of incomes, and much more. Turbo tax has guided me through all of my tax challenges with clarity and understanding of each tax issue. I like doing my own taxes because Turbo Tax makes it so easy. And the final review gives you comfort that it's accurate and complete.
What's great about it: Ease of use through the most complicated tax situations.
What's not so great: None I have ever found.

An easy time!

Everything went very well but had a question about getting the tax credit for my heat pump which was not one of the options mentioned. I saw questions about the geothermal heat pump but nothing which seemed to pertain to my air exchange split system heat pump. It did work out in the end but I'm not sure how the magic happened. Other than that it went very smoothly as in past years. I remember what doing taxes used to mean and this is nothing like it. You have a great product!
What's great about it: There's not much to do since almost everything is transferrable
