I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and never had an issue.

Been using Turbo Tax for the last 8+ years. And will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Doesn't get easier than this (for a process as complicated as US taxes)
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbotax for years and find it easier every year. I do wish it had a W2 export function for local taxes.
What's great about it: Easy, relatively inexpensive
What's not so great: Don't have an export for local taxes

My 2013 TurboTax Experience

What's great about it: TurboTax does aot or calculations behind the scenes and enters that into the 1040 or other tax schedules.
What's not so great: Print options are still hard to find - I've used TurboTax for many years and still no change making it more prominent.

I love TT use it every year and tell all my friends to use it instead of the tax service at the all.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and find it easy and convenient. I can get help if I need it, Turbo Tax walks me through sections if I need it and efiling is a breeze.
What's great about it: Easy to avoid missing deductions, explains and helps
What's not so great: Had problem with sales tax and had to update information
