KISS -Keeping It So Simple

I've told many others to use TurboTax. Gets things done in a hurry and has always been accurate.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: NONE

I really enjoy working with Turbo Tax. It gives me the step by step process I need to make sure the maximum refund is found. It can get complicated when I have to go back and make a change to make sure all parts are completed the way they were the first time and nothing is left out. I will continue using Turbo Tax to do my own taxes as long as I am able.
What's great about it: I liked the step by step instructions

Making It Easier Every Year!

Love the step by step instructions. We love the itemized deduction section and the helpfulness of the education deductions. It's fun to watch your refund/amount due go up and down!
What's great about it: Great explanations.
What's not so great: Couldn't find anything I didn't like.

Put the next category button at top to save scrolling, sort of reverse the screen keeping most recent item on top not bottom.
What's great about it: easy to load and follow
What's not so great: have to scroll down to select next catagory

I have been doing my own taxes since 2007. It''s so easy it makes tax time almost fun. I'm not kidding. I used to dread taxes but now I almost look forward to it. If I do get stuck with someone new, all I have to do is contact your experts. They have always been able to help me. With a great attitude, they walk me through my unique situations.
What's great about it: So user friendly it makes my head spin
What's not so great: I can't think of 1 thing I don't like about Turbo Tax
