Went well, until printing...

Everything is fine until trying to print. Lots of blank pages and some pages simply skipped. My work around was to pull the blank pages and print the missing [ages one at a time.
I've used Turbo tax for at least the last 8 years and printing has always been a weakness. However, I like everything else and live with the printing annoyance.
What's great about it: Easy to use and complete
What's not so great: Printing is extremely unreliable with numerous blank and missing pages.

Turbo Tax Review

Pros: Bring in last years data forward to the next year. TT has a Great Flow and ability to see actual forms. Cons are that City return should be available to be reviewed separate as a section like federal Personal Deduction/Credits.

Love turbo tax. So easy to use

Love turbo tax. So easy to use and follow directions I don't know why anyone would pay so much money to "tax prepare professionals" that half the time don't know what they are doing.
What's great about it: easy to follow directions
What's not so great: took a long time when i needed a question answered

Very frustrated

Numerous questions posted on help desk re: Form 2106. Line 6 Error message: "Please remove all preceding spaces or invalid characters." The lines were and should be blank. I had to FILL OUT the line and enter 0.
How about some ANSWERS and INSTRUCTIONS for these problems.
What's great about it: Usually easy
What's not so great: No guidelines on correcting "errors"

Efficient tax prep

I have been using Tubox for years. It has improved remarkably over these years in terms of clarity, simplicity and most importantly ease of use. The interface design is exceptionally good. The program does a job better than an average professional due to its throughness. Since it is Turbo Tax, one is confident that the taxes are done properly and accurately.
What's great about it: Tax preparation process is exceptionally streamlined.
