Extremely simple to follow. You even found me more of a refund then I originally came up with on my own.
What's great about it: This is extremely painless and easy to follow even for someone who has never done their own taxes before!!!
What's not so great: There is nothing bad I can say about TurboTax!

Too easy Turbo

Very detailed questions which had further explanations if I was unsure of how to proceed. TurboTax made me feel confident that I had a tax expert helping me all the way. I felt all areas were covered and if I needed more information it waited for as long as it took me to find that information even if I had it filed in the wrong drawer. And I loved the review and knowing we had everything completed.
What's great about it: Covered everything I wanted at my own pace!

I have used turbo tax for 24 years now. It has never failed me. I will use turbo tax until someone says I can't do it anymore. Always fast, always efficient and always on time.

Fantastic Software

I truly enjoy doing my taxes every year. I have been using TurboTax since 2004. I even have my daughter using the software for her taxes instead of paying an "unreasonable" amount to have someone else complete them. I love the ease in doing my taxes this way. Thank you TurboTax and Intuit.
What's great about it: Everything about TurboTax is excellent.
