Easy, easy, easy

I have a lot of confidence when I'm using TurboTax. I could probably do my taxes myself because they aren't that difficult, but I like the confident feeling that I've looked at all options. I'll continue to use TurboTax each year.
What's great about it: I like the step-by-step interview method of entering my information
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

this program is very easy to use. load it and start answering questions. I have used it for the last 5 or so years and never had a problem with it.
What's great about it: very easy and straightforward

Have used product for several years...It is so thorough, each step is logical, explained, and easy to understand. I would not hesitate to recommend it....Anyone can use it.
What's great about it: Step by Step guidence.
What's not so great: Updates did not load automaticly.

This year (TY2013) I bought both Turbo Tax Deluxe and H&R Block Deluxe. I was curious what differences existed as to ease of use and results. Results, of course and one would hope, were identical but Turbo Tax was much more user friendly - interactive Qs & As were more easily understood with Turbo Tax. H&R Block seemed to be one of those "built for engineers by engineers" kinds of products -- got the job done but offered the user some rather clumsy interactions.
What's great about it: User interface is quite friendly

Wait and see

My 1099-R block 2a has, and always will have, UNKNOWN as an entry. Not until block 9b is entered and the simplified method calculation performed will the amount for 2a be known. Your software makes the process of determining the taxable amount for block 2a confusing (and has been confusing for the 4 years I have had to suffer this issue).
In all fairness, this should only have been an issue for my 2009 return (which did not have a block 9b). Once the gross income for block 1a is known and the value for block 9b is known then the calculation to determine the value for block 2a is a straightforward application of the simplified method. Why the employer can't/won't is beyond me.

Turbo Tax 2013

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, very easy to use. If I don't understand something, there is help available, either on the program or through chat.
What's great about it: very easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
