Gripes

I've gone to print twice and end up with a lot of superfluous ads and confusing info. on electronic submitting which I had already declined twice. When I click print to mail, I expect to print the forms!
What's great about it: seems to work well
What's not so great: difficult to go from end to print. would like to see part of page

It gets easier every year!

this program has served me very well for the past 14 years. its easy, complete, and safe effective way to file your tax returns. I especially like the e-File and direct deposit functions, no need to wonder if the snail mail got your return there on time. Direct confirmation of receipt and any required Turbo Tax follow-up.
What's great about it: i like being able to retrieve the past years personal data and not having to fat-finger it all in again. Easy comparison
What's not so great: very few. not being sure i remembered all deductions like last year.

Easy to use

As someone who has used Turbotax since I've moved to the United States, they have always made sure I never miss any deduction or expense, guaranteeing I'm doing everything according to the law.
What's great about it: Never miss anything!
What's not so great: Almost seems too easy

We have been using Turbo Tax for about 7 years now. It is so easy and walks you through everything. I can't imagine using anything else! Thanks Turbo Tax.
