I've been using TurboTax for at least three or four years, and it's the absolute best. I'll continue using TurboTax for the foreseeable future!
What's great about it: How clear and easy it is to do my taxes.
What's not so great: There is nothing I didn't like about using TurboTax

I've used TurboTax for about 17 years and it never fails to disappoint!
The only enhancement I'd like is if there's a way to project next year's taxes a little bit better, especially if you're anticipating changes in your filing or income status.
What's great about it: fairly valuing charitable donations, staying current w/ tax laws
What's not so great: None!

The best tax program on the market!

Fix the problem above (the fix: the program pre-loaded my full name into the First Name field). It should either pre-load names into the appropriate fields, or leave them blank for the taxpayer/preparer to complete.
What's great about it: Excellent program in the ease with which it brings all the relevant aspects of an individual's tax situation together.
What's not so great: While trying to transmit my returns (e-filing), the program kept looping back asking for my Consent Disclosure
