TURBO TAX PLUS!!

What's not so great: WHY!!!!! must I pay for Turbo Tax Plus if I BOUGHT Turbo tax Delux to File My State

Huge Refund

I feel confident that Turbo Tax has gotten us the largest refund possible from IRS and State. We have not had any bad experiences with the program.
What's great about it: Easy to use even for the non-professional
What's not so great: None

Could not file state return

I have never been able to e-file my federal return. It always gets rejected. Since I am not able to e-file my federal return the software will not allow me to print a state return without the watermark indicating that the return is "not final" and "do not file". This is an inconvenience which will cause me to purchase different software next tax season.
What's great about it: easy to complete forms
What's not so great: could not file state
