Easy to Use

Turbo tax works great, helps with tax breaks for tuition and expenses (daughter in college). Love it!
What's great about it: Works great, gives me the biggest refund possible
What's not so great: Include one free state filing

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 10 years. It is a great tax preparation program. The instruction are clear and easy to follow. I have full confidence in the accuracy of my return.

The process was fast and efficient. I have never had a problem with accuracy. Just seemed to be too many sales offers throughout the process. Still a very good tax program.

Better than ever!

The 2013 version is the easiest I have used over the past decade or so. Keep up the great work in making a tough task much easier!
What's great about it: Seems like back end connections to Fidelity, Banks and others are improved
What's not so great: None to speak of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

fairly good experience , but still unclear if the sales tax guidelines are complete or not and if they are not how does that effect my return?
What's great about it: fairly fast and clear
What's not so great: did not update before starting return, hope I didn't miss out on my new car purchase sales tax!

Great Product

Great product! I like the confidence that it gives me when I am preparing my taxes.
What's great about it: I felt confident that I would not make a mistake because Turbo Tax prompted me throughout the return.
What's not so great: Did not like that it kept prompting me to the next product. Felt the one I had could have done the job.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
