Fast and simple

I've used Turbo tax for years, it's fast and easy to use. Income and deduction are well laid out and fully explained. Look forward to using it again next year!
What's great about it: Great over all coverage
What's not so great: State Tax is only free if you paper file

Turbo tax is great for our tax position and is easy to use. A little expensive for returning customers.

Disappointed with the fee, when it was supposed to be free, and it even ask if you want to use the free state e-file.

We have been using TurboTax for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. This year was the first year that we have been able to file as a married couple due to the overturn of DOMA and TurboTax helped us every step of the way with some complicated changes. Thanks!!

Easy as pie

I would never use anything but Turbo Tax. Why pay all of those enormous fees when you can do it yourself for so much less? It is so simple but yet very thorough. I feel that everyone benefits from TurboTax.

Overall a great product. If you have used it for the previous years return, it's super fast to get the current years done.

TURBO HAS MADE IMPROVEMENTS

I have been using turbo tax products for more than 15 years and I must say that each year I feel you improve them more and more. I still think that I liked the navigator a few years ago for those of us who know exactly where we need to be to file returns and what areas we need to review. BUT all in all I feel you have a solid product and that most individuals could easily use it if they just get past "I couldn't possibly do my own tax work". I do believe most individuals do not have a complicated enough return not to handle this on their own. Of course, some do and need professional guidance but I feel your product more than covers most US taxpayers situations.
What's great about it: LOVE THE SIMPLICITY
What's not so great: NAVIGATOR COULD BE SLIGHTLY EASIER IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments
