Always Turbo Tax

I can't remember when I didn't use TurboTax, probably since it has been on the market. It has always been easy to use and it's quick so I buy it every year.

Worked OK

Had to reboot computer and relaunch Turbo Tax program to get updates before efiling.
What's great about it: Quick installation and easy to use
What's not so great: Got "validation error" several times

Good Easy to use software

If I didn't use TurboTax, I don't know how I would understand all the nuances of the federal tax code. You basically have to be a lawyer now a says to know your rights under it. Turbo tax is a great tool for taking the place of those lawyers and / or accountants every year.
What's great about it: Easy to use questioning process
What's not so great: Why is the tax code so complicated?

I have always found Turbo Tax to be superior to any other tax program. You make it simple and your directions are clear. If in trouble you provide sources to go to.
