good results, accurate, easy. would like to print e-file confirmation page(couldn't). also when clk on forms all I could see was worksheet except when finished.
What's great about it: was generally easy
What's not so great: showed rollover ira as nontax income not rollover(worrisome)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall good experience

Some categories are not as well explained as maybe it seemed in the past years. The first year that we used this product I felt like I had a better interview then when we went to the accountant but not maybe not so much.
What's great about it: Can be completed in my own home on my time.
What's not so great: Could be less expensive as going to a Tax Prep accountant is not that much more.

I have been using Turbo tax for years. it is easy to follow and i like that fact that i can go step by step or just go to the subject, i feel comfortable withe the audit check. Great product.

Easy!!

I like the easy of using TurboTax in my own home. It guides you through each step and reminds you of items you need or can deduct. By being in your home, you can find what you need. When you go to a tax office, you have to have everything to give them. If you don't remember or they don't ask, you can be missing out on some deductions or even worse items that could put you at risk for an audit. I highly recommend TurboTax!!
What's great about it: I love the way it guides you through every area.
What's not so great: A couple times it lost some of the information I inputed. Not sure if I did something or not.

Nice and Simple

I don't have a particularly complicated tax return, but it also isn't the most basic. I like that TurboTax walks through the whole process step by step and offers hints and tips as you go. If you have all your tax documents in front of you it's easy to grab the right one and plug in the information. When I get done I feel confident that my file is filled out correctly.
What's great about it: TurboTax really does a great job of walking you through the tax form, making it easy to understand.

Better than my old accountant!

The cost is relatively low and the easy of use is simple. I enjoyed my experience in 2012 using TT and decided to use it again this year. Overall, the user interface is simple and the I enjoyed everything except for the constant updates. I had to wait a month from the time I start until the time I could actually E-file.
What's great about it: Easy of use, quick estimate of refunds, and overall UI is friendly.
What's not so great: Continuous updates even though I bought software 1/8/2014. I could not file until 2/8/2014.
