adobe reader issues

i cannot use adobe because of a computer issue i have. i have never been forced to use Adobe in the past. I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. I am very upset with your product, forcing me to us Adobe.
What's great about it: brings in data from previous years
What's not so great: you force me to file electronically or use adobe reader

Being a long time user of Turbo tax I've seen lots of changes over the years. This year I most especially noticed when I made choices from the given menus I had to repeat that choice yet again with the next screen. I understand there could have been some intent so as too insure the user knew, for sure, that's what they wanted to do. I however found it cumbersome. I also noticed the the software required extra effort with Windows 8 and in some areas touch screens
were unusable.
I would also like to take this opportunity say the software is top notch, it has served me well for many years. Like so many products today there seems to be an awful lot of versions to choose from. I believe that confuses the buyer, perhaps even pushes some away.

What's great about it: Bottom line accuracy
What's not so great: Lots of clicking around
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like turbo tax.

I have used this product for years. It is very helpful. I will continue to use it. I recommend it to family and friends. It is well worth the money.
Several of my family members now use this product on their own.

Anyone can do this! If you do not have a lot of deductions do not waste your money paying someone to do your taxes. Get Turbo Tax. Fast and safe for your best return!

Quick and Easy - Asked all the right questions

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and the returns have have 100% accurate. One year I did go to HR Block. Not only did they charge me hundreds of dollars to do my returns, they took 4 months to do them because they kept having to research things and get back to me. And then I had to be there in person for many of the meetings which were inconvenient with my work schedule. They even reviewed my previous year TT return and it was within pennies (6 cents). Never again! Turbo Tax is there when you want to complete it, no waiting, no worries. And the online chat and telephone help is top notch! I had some questions this year and the advisers were able to help and knew the answers making me confident that I am filing the most accurate return possible. I recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy flow when entering information
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to get back to exact spot you need
