the navigation is not clear... you cant undo, you need to relouch the app if you want a clean sheet.

UGH!!!!

Too much to say. The only good thing I can say is everyone at Turbo Tax was extremely nice, but they couldn't help much. My son who works with computers was the one to finally helped me install and get it to work. A lady in Florida by the name of Llona was the biggest help and sent a link that worked to download the product, but I ha a big problem installing. Thank you anyway. I have a big headache.
What's great about it: Not much.
What's not so great: Everything. Even "experts" at TT couldn't help adequately.

Quite honesstly this was the best, easiest, and most rewarding tax experience so far i have ever done, and that is a fact not an exageration. Thank you so much it gets better and easier each year. Please keep up the great work. P. S. I never and I mean never write comments, good or bad but i was so impressed it would be a crime not to congradulate you all on a job well done, keep up the good work. I will absolutely be raving about you to anyone and everyone.
What's great about it: I got to do it Myself. Turbo tax was quite thourough. You make H&R block look like lost puppies!!
What's not so great: I have no complaints turbo made it so even a computer illiterate dummy like myself understood it!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

another great year with Turbo tax... only concern is with tracting downinfo after IRS has accepted package.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years and would not even consider using any other program. I purchase the Deluxe version since I itemize and like that it will value my charitable deductions.
What's great about it: Easy, guidance is excellent

I Love TurboTax

We got married this year and our marriage is not recognized in the state we live in, but is recognized by the federal government. (Read - marriage equality) Turbo Tax had every weird detail of this complicated filing status covered. I had many questions about how tax filing would go this year due to this state situation. Turbo Tax made it all a breeze. Didn't even have to use any of the additional help function built into the program. Got a great return and it didn't take much longer than in years past. Thanks for having our gay backs, TurboTax, y'all are great!
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step intructions
What's not so great: I'm sure there's something, but I can't think of it.

Product okay, but there are still problems

I like having the help of tax software so I do not have to enter addresses and other information every year. However, for the past 2 years I have tried entering in my husband and my HSAs (we have separate ones, not a family one), but the software can't seem to figure this out on its own. Luckily I do not need the IRS to see this worksheet, but I do not like that it is incorrect even for my records, as it will not let me edit it.
It would be nice next year to have this fixed finally because after it did it last year I tried H&R block software and they did not have this problem. If I have to I will switch again.

What's great about it: Program calculates everything right except joint filers HSA
What's not so great: Joint filers with separate HSA accounts doesn't calculate correctly
