Turbo Tax 2013 is an excellent product. I recommend this to anyone who prepares their own return.
What's great about it: everything is easy to follow making the experience pleasant

Love Turbo Tax

I have always had good experiences using TT. You make it so easy.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax (TT) makes it very easy to file a return. Very intuitive and the tips/ help is very informative
What's not so great: Would like to see more sections show how I responded on last year's return as I am filling out this year's return.

Easy to Use

It is a very simple system, you just have to understand how and where to input your tax information. I have used for several years and will continue.
What's great about it: Simple step by step entries.
What's not so great: When going back later to make changes can be hard to get back.

Really Couldn't Be Much Easier!

I have been using TurboTax for many years and it just keeps getting better. I like being able to save a PDF of the return only, and the return with supporting worksheets. These files are easily saved on my computer and can be referenced anytime without the need to enter TurboTax software.
What's great about it: Easy, straight-forward, good supporting information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
