Simply the best

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008 & I have no complaints. It is the quickest & most simple way to prepare my taxes. Very easy to understand & totally self explanatory. This product literally takes you by the hand and walks you step by step through the filing process. I have never had a problem with my returns not being received or receiving any refund. I highly recommend this product.
What's great about it: Quick & Easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using the TurboTax software since 1997. Every year it gets easier to work with including transfer of previous year tax return information.
This year the transfer of the 2012 tax return information covered only the personal data; not all the information for comparison of 2012 and 2013 input..

What's great about it: Easy to save as both pdf and .tax files
What's not so great: Difficulty in transfer all the previous year's data, including the numeral figures (AGI) etc. Printing tax return.

Stress Free Tax Filing

I use Turbo Tax because it is convenient for me to file my return from the comfort of my own home. I love the step-by-step guides for filing my return. I could never do it with paper and pencil! It is a cheaper alternative to tax preparation professionals if your income, and expenses are relatively simple.
What's great about it: Easy, lots of quick help tips, choice of step-by-step or do-it-yourself sections
What's not so great: Always worry that I missed something because I didn't understand a section
