I have used Turbo Tax for 3 years. It is easy. And I can save everything for next year.

Simple, Fast, Easy

Using TurboTax software is fast and easy. It imported last years data, all I had to do was update a little info from my W2 and charitable amounts and I was done. It doesn't get any easier.
What's great about it: Everything was easy to do, info from last years return imported.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Easy Filing

If I could improve Turbo Tax at all I would make the prior years filing available as part of the program. I realize this may prsent an invasion of privacy, but the pluses are worth considering. It would cut down on paper since user wouldn't need to print a copy. It would provide a back up copy should there be a computyer crash as in my case. I lost my files when my computer hard drive crashed.
Still the ease in filing by simply answering the questions make working with Trubo Tax a pleasure and I highly recommend it .

Unfortunately...Not as good as previous years.

I have been using TurboTax since 2008 and this is the first time it wasn't too great. In years past, I would get an email telling me when my return was scheduled to be deposited. This year I only received one email telling me the returns were accepted. The logic changed in the program and it took longer to enter simple things and it was harder to find the simple things. I would recommend looking at the 2012 version and go back to that. The 2013 version worked, but it wasn't fantastic.... so sorry!
What's great about it: Can't think of any
What's not so great: Clumsy and slower than previous years

Always Happy with Turbo

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and have been very happy with my returns. Used H&R Block last year and wasn't as satisfied. Glad to be back using Turbo Tax.

Simple and thorough!

If you are not itemizing, this is a brilliant way to do your taxes quickly and will cost you less than taking your taxes to an agent. If you are itemizing, it is still quick, thorough, invaluable.
What's great about it: Was able to do my taxes at half the cost of using an accountant

Can't beat it

Turbo has done a much better job in helping to find all the info needed to file and help you get the best return possible. It is very professional looking and everything is filled in correctly. Not bad for a program. My only downer is that it always opens to whoever is the 1st person to file. It needs to open to a home page and there give you the options for new file, retreat a recent file, etc. That is all. Great job guys and gals. :)
What's great about it: Easy to start and use
What's not so great: can be a little difficult if doing more than one tax return
