Very User Friendly!!!

This year's program is the easiest to use so far and I've been a TT customer for 5+ years. I wish it was a little cheaper, but it's cheaper than an accountant!
What's great about it: Couldn't ask for a better product! Best year yet!

Great software; wonderful customer service!!

The software is great but this year, for the first time, I needed to have a customer service rep. help me.
John, the customer service person, zeroed in on the question and found the issue in a very short time.
He also had to call me twice because I was late for the first call but he followed up and called again when I got home.
Awesome follow through!
What's great about it: Easy to use...very clear
What's not so great: none that I have found in over 10 years using it

I have used Turbo tax for 4 years and I have found it to be very helpful with explaining the steps I needed to take to gather information. The product will walk you through it or you can do it yourself if you feel comfortable. I like having options.
What's great about it: I like that I can go back if In don't understand something.
What's not so great: Some of the questions were not immediately clear and required more reading.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

great tool if you know or have a little clue about what you are doing. great for single people with simple tax

This was my first time using TurboTax and it was very simple to follow the directions. Anyone could use this program.
