I use Turbo tax every year. It's quick, easy and not complicated and transferring the information from year to year saves so much time and energy.

This is my 4th year using turbo tax to file. The software has always worked exceptionally, except when it comes to printing out a hard copy for my own records. Super easy, straight forward and user friendly, my mom loves it too! Whenever I've had an issue, customer service has been extremely helpful, and with their help have had my issues fixed in no time at all!
What's great about it: Very straight forward, helps find things I may miss
What's not so great: Issues with printing hard copies

Quick & easy!

I love using TurboTax every year to complete my taxes. It's a simple step-by-step process that leaves no tax form unturned! It's very quick & gives a lot of helpful hints. Any time I have a question, I'm able to find the answer in the TurboTax community. I would definitely recommend TurboTax to my friends and family!
What's great about it: Walked me through even my most difficult tax forms & showed helpful hints along the way
What's not so great: No cons!
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Master your taxes.....

Clear and concise to work up both short and long form returns. Just answer the questions honestly and correctly and let the program do its work.
What's great about it: quick and easy, clear instructions, been using it for years and just works for me.
What's not so great: Would like to be able to just print state return to file manually because I owe $4.

CAN'T GO WRONG WITH DOING TAXES YOURSELF

I have been using this program since I began working at the age of 14, I am now age 29 (end of march 2014) I have never had a hard time with the program.. The step by step instructions are very easy to follow.
The only think I don't like about it is it charges for every single state that I have to file and it gets expensive.
All in all i love it!!!!!
What's great about it: SAVE ON GAS AND YOUR TIME SPENT IN A OFFICE
What's not so great: paying for all the state returns I have to file
