I've been using Turbo Tax to calculate and file my Federal and State taxes for the past 6 years. The product improves on a yearly basis. Wondering how you can make it easier next year.

GREAT Refund!!

We have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never been disappointed. It is easy to use and, I believe, maximizes your refund.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Cannot think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Finnally Got It Done

Either I did something wrong or it's not available but I needed to talk to a live person at one point and could not get a number to call and the directions said click here and I clicked but nothing happened.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax was user friendly!
What's not so great: Couldn't call a live person with a specific question

So quick I think I got whiplash!

I have been using TurboTax for years now. There has only been one year, 2012, where there was a glitch that created some filing problems but fortunately I was able to find a work around. Other than that issue...I REALLY love how easy it is to use TurboTax and how they make sure you understand the terminology and information presented/asked. The help available within the program itself and help from the community is priceless. Easy, fast, and done in the comfort of my own home at my own pace...what could be better?!
What's great about it: I love how they walk me through every step so I don't forget a thing.
What's not so great: The only thing I can think of is if you want to deduct your state filing fee from your refund, it's costs twice as much.

feeling good about my taxes

I have used turbo tax for a few years now and have always felt good about my taxes. There have been times when I didn't completely understand but would put it away and come back and read the "explain this" one more time and I usually understood it then. Sometimes it just seems frustrating when I save it for later and come back and there are updates, I guess I don't understand that. What if I efiled and there are updates that may help me later on?
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: wording sometimes confusing
