Turbocharged software!

Use TurboTax every year and will continue to do so!
What's great about it: easy step by step for the maximum refund!
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is the greatest.
What's great about it: Everything is packaged together and double checks critical data
What's not so great: Tax Laws are Too Complex and Complicated

Glad it's done-Waiting for my Refunds

Have used Turbo Tax for several years. I quickly learned to modify my journals and records, and group items, to make it easier to find totals I would need.
I think it took me longer to printout my copies at the end, than I think it did to enter my required information.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and make entries
What's not so great: A little confusion on Cap. Loss item on State's form - I'd missread it.

Always Easy To Use

I can count on Turbo to get me the total return or reduce my payout when I don't have enough deductions to not to have to pay. Easy to use.
What's great about it: Great - use every year for probably 20 years
What's not so great: None

WE HAVE BEEN TURBO TAX USERS FOR YEEEEEEEEARS. WE LOVE IT! MY HUSBAND AND I ARE BOTH INTELLIGENT PEOPLE BUT FILING TAXES WAS DAUNTING BEFORE TURBO TAX. YOU NEVER REALLY KNEW IF YOU WERE DOING IT RIGHT. "DID I PUT THAT NUMBER IN THE RIGHT BOX? DID I DO MY MATH RIGHT? WHAT EXACTLY DOES IT MEAN BY THAT??" BUT TURBO TAX TAKES OUT ALL THE GUESSING, DOES THE MATH FOR YOU AND PUTS IT ALL IN PLAIN ENGLISH. WE HEART TURBO TAX! WE'VE USED IT FOR A LONG TIME AND WILL USE IT AS LONG AS YOU MAKE IT.
What's great about it: EASE OF USE & PLAIN ENGLISH
What's not so great: COST

This was my first time of using turbo tax . I was really impressed with how easy it was to follow .I paid quit a bit last year to use tax service .I was surprised to find that I save over 200.00 this year by using turbo tax.
