What's great about it: easy to follow along
What's not so great: a con is someone who decieves another... turbo tax is not one of those.

OK, but too difficult to e-file

constant rejection of husband's very easy name saying must be in the spaces, ect!!!!
What's great about it: covered all subjects and expenses
What's not so great: could not get refund directly to my checking account, and could not use the free e-file

Turbo tax allows me to do my own taxes and feel I get all refunds available to me. Thanks!!!
What's great about it: All the questions that are asked to make sure you get all possible refunds.
What's not so great: Not every question is answered clearly.

Easy to use

I have used Turbo tax for my whole family for the past 15 years and it has always worked well. It is an easy program to use, very cost effective and you can use it in your own time frame.
What's great about it: Made finding deductions easy
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Over all, I have used Turbo Tax for three years and have been very pleased.
What's great about it: logical, easy to follow, aid nearby
What's not so great: couldn't find where to put dues
