Incredibly easy!

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone not wanting to spend lots of money on having the "professionals" handle your taxes. It took about an hour to complete as opposed to waiting for days for the tax guy to do it for you.
What's great about it: it was easy
What's not so great: Not sure yet if i was able to save this

Failed to remind me about the Sales Tax Deduction

I specifically took the time to get ahold of Turbo Tax reps last year about the fact that the State Sales Tax is a viable deduction that many people don't know about. It failed to remind me about it last year and I had to file an amended return to claim it. I thought I'd test it again this year and sure enough, nothing reminded me that I didn't take that deduction.
The funny/sad part is, guess what the #1 missed deduction is?
That's right, State Sales Tax. Thanks Turbo Tax for dropping that ball again!

had to call for support. I thought that should have been free as well. they were very nice and helpful
What's great about it: great guidance
What's not so great: State Efile should be included, that is to say free

Works great for Fed; not so great for State

Overall as always, I enjoy using TT. Reliable!
What's great about it: Easy to use, transferring of prior year, never any issues with updates.
What's not so great: State of Maine for 2013 has issue with landlord name, even when no rental information entered.

Ease of Use was absolutely outstanding. If it wasn't for Turbo Tax, it would have taken hours to figure out the complicated process of finding what deductions one can make.

Great Product

I have used the h&r block program the last 8 years and decided to use turbo tax this year. Really love how easy it was compared to the other program and the fact that turbo tax uses easy vocabulary. I didn't have to keep hitting the help button and then google words in the help tab. Thank you turbo tax!
What's great about it: very easy to understand, user friendly
What's not so great: cost

Overall very well satisfied and now I don't have to pay a tax person!
What's great about it: Simple to use and makes one feel very confident that everything is correct!
What's not so great: Asked for address if it was different from current address; even though our address is the same it kept asking me to fil
