You did a very poor job of guiding someone on a 4 month job in another state. The job was in the middle of the year and TurboTax seems not allow mid year out of state jobs.

This is the 2nd year I have used Turbo Tax. My brother-in-law did my taxes previously and decided to stop. He informed me Turbo Tax is what he used to prepare my taxes. So, when I used Turbo Tax last year and found it easy to use, I chose to continue for this year's taxes and WOW, the program is user friendly, my questions were answered through the Help Center. I was able to search particular taxable items and placement through the program with ease! I am very pleased and feel comfortable preparing my taxes every year with Turbo Tax! Kudos to you all for maximizing my return!!
What's great about it: Simple, Forms accessble, help center assisted with questions, Good price
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A little confusion concerning IRA vs. retirement pension distribution. The whole 59 1/2 thing doesn't apply to my pension. The statement Sherron took the money and did something else with it when it is my monthly income is a little disturbing.
What's great about it: Nearly idiot proof
What's not so great: Would be nice to get one free State filing.

This never happened on previous turbotax software. I was able to go back to the deduction I wanted to work on each time, but it was frustrating.
What's great about it: good questions and answers
What's not so great: 3-4 times the software kicked me out of a deductions part to another part
