So quick and easy

This is our second year using Turbo Tax and we are very happy with it. It is quick and easy if you have all of your information needed to file right there. And it is economical. Yes we could be filing on our own, But I like knowing Turbo Tax has all the new updates right there at my disposal.
What's great about it: very easy
What's not so great: takes a little time to get updates 12min total
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Escellent I have always had good results with Turbo Tax in fact now my sisters and my dil use Turbo Tax. The only thing that they need to reinstate is that you can type in your donations when they don't appear on their list. They had that before I don't know why they got rid of it.
I will be buying this again next year. Thanks Turbo Tax for making my taxes so easy to do and file!!

Great tool for those who are not financial or math wizards. Turbo tax walks you through each section. Confident my taxes are accurate, refund arrives quickly.
What's great about it: W-2 info automatically loaded, previous years' data available for comparison
What's not so great: Fee for state tax processing

I have family and friends that use other forms and say that theirs is free, but I always say I will pay for my Turbo Tax and be sure I am doing it right.
What's great about it: I like how you explain every step.
What's not so great: Sometimes I wish the print was larger

Outstanding, except

Everything is well organized; smooth moving for me as a new user, except for the fact that I have multiple 1099r(s). With the smooth intuitive nature of the program, I expected to see a button at the tool bar for multiple 1099r(s). Really kept me guessing until I reread the last sentence of the frame in detail.
What's great about it: no mailing or calculating
What's not so great: transposing numbers, hopefully scan in future

WOW WOW WOW my sister and mom have been T T users for years. But silly me, the husband and I continued to pay a perfessional to have ours prepared and always get little back or owed Federal or State (robbed Peter to pay Paul). All we can say is we'll be back T T.
What's great about it: Liked everything about filing using Turbo Tax (T T)
What's not so great: If the Government (Feds and State) accept our return NO CONS
Pros: I had a baby
