Easy

This is the 8th year I've used Turbo Tax and it gets better and easier to use every year. I have great confidence that I'm entering all of the information correctly, and that I'm getting all of the deductions that I am entitled to. As my children are now entering college life gets far more complicated, but Turbo Tax takes the guess work out of filing.
What's great about it: Helpful and clear instructions
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for years and still like it. I am now retired and find it extremely helpful in planning my deductions and tax situations for the coming year.
What's great about it: I love the interview format and the Q & A to simplify the schedules
What's not so great: I was confused at the payment section when it referred me to the Online Store.

Arizona Issues

I waited about a week to file after everything was ready because the Arizona 140s "weren't ready."
I even contacted my state representatives who looked into the issue. They told me that the Arizona department of revenue replied: "the vendor had the forms months ago."
After years of using Turbo Tax, I have had very few issues with Turbo Tax, but Arizona's department of revenue has a history of delaying refunds for various reasons. Regardless of who was at fault, this year was a disappointment, for this technology is not "new" anymore.
I trust Turbo Tax based on years of experience, but I have my doubts about the Arizona Department of Revenue #which is why I may considering moving to Texas, Florida, Nevada, or another state that doesn't have income tax#. Hopefully next year I can file without issues, and there won't be a "blame game," after all it will be 2015.
What's great about it: Used Turbo Tax for 15 years or so
What's not so great: Arizona forms took too long to process

FEDERAL BANK INFO WAS PRE-FILLED. STATE BANK INFO WAS NOT.

Had a problem

The process to get electronic signature was very cumbersome. It took much longer this year to e-file then before.
What's great about it: after several tries finally got to a solution thru HELP
What's not so great: I had to delete form 8891 but i never figured out why it was triggered for my return

Turbo is sweet!

I have used TurboTax for years and I find it the simplest way to file your taxes and get a fast return.

TurboTax Makes It EZ!

Been using TT for more years than I can remember! Even though my situation is relatively simple, it is nice to have it all calculated for me!
What's great about it: all previous info is retained, less chance of typos!
What's not so great: need a version for those of us with uncomplicated returns!
