Just okay.

I was under the impression buying the software was enough. Yes it was easy, but maybe I did not read the fine print. It said a free state file was included, but I was charged extra. There is also a processing fee. Really? I came out cheaper by using Turbo Tax, but not much. However, money saved is still money saved.
What's great about it: Easy and Quick.
What's not so great: Extra fees.

Taxes Made Easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and each year Turbo Tax makes doing my taxes so easy. It is complex and thorough but easy to understand.
What's great about it: Saved me a lot of $
What's not so great: None

Life saver program

I have used Turbo Tax for nearly a decade and it has been a great program for the average taxpayer. It makes many of the more complicated issues much easier to deal with and to understand.
The help section is a wonderful tool.
What's great about it: Quick, does most of work for you
What's not so great: I have recently retired and encountered some problems with K-1,s and other reports not received for 2013
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
