So Far the Best Turbotax Offered

This version was more user friendly than previous. Each year there have been improvements. The only negative had to do with the e-filing with choosing pin or AGI. First chose pin and it was not user friendly. Reverted to AGI from last year and it processed just fine, so this area could use some work. Consequently I rated good instead of excellent, but would move it up part-way into excellent.
The family section choices below - we have kids but they are adults and not living with us as we are retired, so did not check either category.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: E-filing with pin and/or AGI

Exceptional Product!

Have been using Turbo Tax since Intuit introduced it and I've never had any difficulty using nor understanding its features. I would very highly recommend Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: 10+ years using Turbo Tax without any problems. Very accurate calculations. Very user-friendly.
What's not so great: None that I have experienced.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Experience

It was very user friendly this year. I had a little trouble when I submitted a question. Example - Is there a block I should check if my income is not state taxable in my state. It would make it easier if I could designate that right up front. Alabama does not tax Federal nor State Retiree income.
What's great about it: Easy to use probably better than years before.
What's not so great: Needed more help on what to do with State tax non filing.

Would have liked it better if the program had been more insistent about street addresses for charitable contributions at the time, rather than calling it a mistake later in the process.
Also wasn't pleased that it didn't automatically give me an update button when it initially refused to file my return because of the fact that an update was available.
