Ready for my Refund

I have used Turbo Tax for years and don't understand why people pay the fees to have it done somewhere. If you answer the questions that are asked there is no way that you would miss something.
What's great about it: Easy, step by step questions guide you right through
What's not so great: Added some forms that were used last year but not needed this year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

quick and easy

I really like using the software. Its much faster than other programs and old forms. The problem with the State return being printed and unusable bothers me. I don't like I can't single file my local taxes either. But the speed makes up for it.
What's great about it: easy deducts
What's not so great: paying to efile with state and getting a form that says "do not file form incomplete"

Well designed and consistent with prior years.
What's great about it: Like the easy transfer of data from last years forms; flow of information on forms is intuiative
What's not so great: Product updates seems to take a longer time than I would expect.

The "continue" button should be available without scrolling to the bottom!

Great refund!

Used a 'tax refund place' years ago. Thought I was doing good until I checked their results against Turbo Tax. Found that I missed hundreds of dollars Been using Turbo Tax ever since. Been about ten+ years, now. Won't do my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Ease of use.
