Best Ever Tax Software

as this was my 2nd time using TurboTax it was very easy to navigate basically all i did is answer questions about my income and outgo...will be using this software for many years to come
What's great about it: Step by step guide for dummies like me
What's not so great: no cons-ABSOLUTELY the best tax prep software on the market
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This was done for my Grandson/family. This is done every year and it is quick and easy and they are happy with the results..

TurboTax is Great!

I have been a happy, and loyal, TurboTax user since their very first year. I love it, it is easy to use, and I have the confidence that my tax return has been prepared thoroughly, accurately, and with the best possible outcome for me. I recommend it for everyone.
What's great about it: Easy to use tool

Turbo tax seems to get easier each year. I guess they pay attention to the reviews. Great to have the transfer feature and to be able to save both as a turbotax file and a PDF.
We have used this product for many years and will continue to use it in the future.

Turbo Tax 2013

I've been using Turbo Tax for 18 years and have always been please. It's easy to install and update. Very easy to use, especially if you let it walk you through the steps. The one thing I miss is the National Averages it used to provide. Other than that, I love it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, reasonably priced
What's not so great: No national averages

Tax error

I put in $1,200 and it should have been $1,2000 for income with a $2,400 income tax . The Turbo tax should have sent me a red flag saying how can you pay $2,400 on $1,200 income. I had to pay the back taxes and interest of over $300.00.

We frequently donate food and household items to various charities that we purchased specifically to donate.
The donation identification choices do not include food - Household items is the closest but not a good description
The valuation choices do not include Purchase Price - present value is the closest but not accurate choice
