File in you pajamas

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. It just keeps getting better and better, and easier to use. I will continue to use it year after year. Much better than getting dressed and having to set at a desk while someone else plugs in the same numbers.
What's great about it: Really easy to use and edit
What's not so great: Nothing

I have found this issue (in cons) in past returns as well...sometimes the info just doesn't take, even though it is entered properly.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use step by step/easy to file.
What's not so great: five instances in the donation section, information input din't take in the forms and required reentering at review.

TurboTax is a wonderful tool that makes the nightmare of tax filing a bit more pleasurable. It's easy to use.....even our former Treasury Secretary can now successfully file his taxes!
What's great about it: Ease of use and detailed easy to understand instructions
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Efile failing or partly failing every year

state efile did not work last year. This year neither federal nor state worked. What's the deal?
What's great about it: the tax preparation software is wonderful!
What's not so great: efile is all messed up, every year.

HSA section is a nightmare.

HSA makes the effort much more complicated than last year.
I wasted two weekends on just trying to figure out HSA section.
What's great about it: Cheaper than a service.
What's not so great: This software is much more complicated than last year.

TurboTax makes life easy.

TurboTax makes it very easy to do your taxes. In a few hours you have a document to send to the IRS. That's quick and easy.
What's great about it: I love the step-by-step approach so you don't miss anything.
