it will not let me print oh copys with out big print saying do not file all over the pages . will not show or print school forms.

Good overall

I had to use the help desk for a stupid mistake that I made in entering which I have told many people how pleased I was with Zak. I am confident that I am doing a good job on my taxes and do not need to go to an accountant. I felt that I needed to a couple years back and he made mistakes. I think i would have done a better job with your program.
i did not lke the Its Deductable format. I donate items to charitable organizations for their garage sales and resale shop. Some items are unusual and not listed on Its Deductable. If I list them myself I have to list each small item seperately but the same date. Last year I know Its Deducaable had a space or other items.

I can't remember how many years I have used TTAX (many), but I am your customer for life. I love It'sDeductible. I will be completing it on a month to month basis this year. It is a fabulous way to transfer information to my return. It just gets easier to do my taxes every year. Thank you for your product.
What's great about it: It is just perfect as far as I am concerned. It gets better every year.
What's not so great: None that I have encountered.

Got to the filing section and would not let me file. Got stuck in payment phase. keep saying that time had expired on Payment phase and did not provide a path or instructions on how to correct so had to back track to filing by mail.
Also got stuck trying to submit. Stuck on nick name field
