Easy as Pie

It's important to have all your documents available including things you might not think about, like contact lens expenses, but once the paperwork is ready the program is a joy and the refund comes rapidly.

Easy Does It

I have been using TurboTax since 1997 and have always been pleased with the ease of navigating the entire process. My only complaint is that filing a state return is not free. I think that states should make it free for senior citizens. Living on a fixed income, I can afford a postage stamp to mail my return, but not the fee to e-file my state return.
What's great about it: Easy and Accurate

Easy!

This is my third year using turbo tax. It is very easy as last years information is imported. Simply update dollar values from W-2s and etc. and review everything. The only thing I didn't like this year is I had to pay to e-file my state return. I thought you got one free last year, but at least it is convenient.
What's great about it: Automatically copies last years info.
What's not so great: None
