2013 taxes

I used to be a licensed tax preparer in Oregon through to September 2013. The program is easy to follow for even the new people to doing taxes and has good details for help. Also like the chance to talk to a tax person if needed for help, This is a plus. My biggest thing against the program is having to pay for the prepared return to be E-filed for state returns.
What's great about it: easy to follow and do the returns
What's not so great: Cost to e-file state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tax Prep Made Easy

I think this is a great tax prep software and would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy Navigation

Every year I comment about the same features that are lacking. That is, not enough worksheet type forms that would eliminate the need for me to manually transfer amounts to paper, then tally those amounts and then key them into Turbotax

I have used program for the past 10 years and will use it again next year and the year after that.

Great experience!

I enjoy just sitting at my desk and answering questions then printing out forms and e-file. This year we got money back so that was even greater. Thanks Turbo Tax. I have used you for years and would not use anything else.
What's great about it: Quick tour with questions, easy form preparation
What's not so great: Not really any this year

Excellent program

I have used TurboTax for years and have never had any problems. This is a very good product and the people in the service department are very good. I would recommend this product to anyone who would like to do their taxes.

Have never filed my taxes myself and was hesitant to do so, but as I was going through the program I found it to be so idiot proof. Great program!
