I have used Turbo Tax since at least 2003. It keeps getting better. Upon my suggeston at least two friends have stopped using their expensive CPAs and gone to some version of Turbo Tax.

this is the most difficult to use when it comes to filing your state by mail. It will not print the proper forms. I will not be using this program next year. I have used this program for three years, but no longer.

Overall, I've been happy with TurboTax for several years now. Never had a problem, nor an audit.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand.
What's not so great: System doesn't tell you there is a charge for Colorado state filing until the very last second.

My wife and I moved in 2013 and had a variety of incomes, moving expenses, deductions etc. In addition to Federal income tax, We had to file taxes as part year residents in AR and MI. The Federal and State taxes worked very nicely. We were also liable for part year, non-resident taxes in Grand Rapids, MI and the procedure for using that was cumbersome and I wound up doing the Grand Rapids taxes the old fashioned way.
What's great about it: Federal and Part Year Resident programs for AR and MI were great
What's not so great: Local for part year resident Grand Rapids MI needs work
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Continues to be the easiest way to file

I've used Turbo Tax since it came out on 5 1/4 floppy disks. It has always made things much easier for me. It suggested tax breaks available to active duty military,= and helped figure out rental income, deductions and depreciations for my house when I was stationed other places.
I like that I have confidence that my taxes are done right without having to make time to go to a proffessional when they are available. My computer works on my schedule.

What's great about it: Carries over most information from previous year's returns
What's not so great: The extra fees charged to submit and receive tax refunds
