Confident

I used to always pay somebody to do my taxes because of how intimidating it has always seemed to me. Last year, I tried Turbo Tax and realized that it was completely feasible that I could do my own taxes and get at least the same size refund my tax accountant would have. This year, I breezed through doing my taxes, with additional forms and circumstances I hadn't faced before, in only a little over an hour. And because of the step-by-step questions, I feel completely confident that it was all done correctly and with maximum benefit to myself.
What's great about it: I love how easy it is to navigate!

I love Turbo Tax

I have used turbo tax for several years now and each year I'm a little more confident about doing our taxes. I like the step by step instructions and that you have access to a help line.
What's great about it: User friendly and I like the step by step
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

E-File from a foreign address

TurboTax said at the beginning that I could e-file from a foreign address. When I tried to e-file it insisted on a US ID and a US Zip code. With a German address that is not possible! Why didn't you say that in the beginning? This is very irritating since I used e-file last year from Germany with no problem.
What's great about it: Exellent review process.
What's not so great: Refused to e-file without a US address

Easy Peasy Refund!

I have been using Turbo Tax ever since I started filing online decades ago! It is constantly improving and it keeps up with the latest tax laws for you! Easy step by step guide that anyone can follow!! I highly recommend Turbo Tax!! You won't be disappointed!!
What's great about it: Easy step by step guides so you don't miss a thing!!
What's not so great: There is nothing that I didn't like!!

good, but.....

I had to manually download all of the federal updates, but enough users before me had the same issue so the solution was easy to find. However, I cannot download my state updates, and when I try, the updater freezes my computer. I have submitted the issue to forums.
Never have I had a problem before with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: my federal taxes were done with only one small hiccough
What's not so great: still can't do my state

Product is very easy to use, with the guided option of walking you through each step. I've used this for several years, and have grown to trust the product.
What's great about it: Easy guided option walks you through each step.
What's not so great: Didn't see any easy way for me to pull up and look at a comparision of last year versus this year.

Easy to use

We have triplet daughters that are freshman in college. TurboTax walked us through the education credits. It was easier than I thought.
