so easy

i've been filing my own returns for many years now; started with paper/pencil/eraser and calculator! this software saves me time...and time is my most valuable resource.
What's great about it: plain english; step-by-step guidance extremely helpful; graphics a plus
What's not so great: software is kind of expensive

Fast and Easy

This is a great seamless program and takes no time at all if you want to just sit, focus, and get it done!
What's great about it: Love that it asks strait forward questions that I can answer with no problems.
What's not so great: One area could have been explained better about student information.

I HAVE TO SAY I AM VERY IMPRESSED BY THE EASE OF USE AND THOROUGHNESS OF THE PROGRAM. MUCH CHEAPER THAN MY LAST TAX PERSON AND MORE DEDUCTIONS.
What's great about it: DO MY OWN TAXES WITH MAXIMUM DEDUCTIONS
What's not so great: DO MY OWN TAXES

Easy and inexpensive

I would have reviewed this as 5 star except that one deduction for state sales tax paid did not work properly at first, but was solved by tech support in an online chat.

I've been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. Every year it gets better. Why would I go anywhere else ?

WAS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND, HAVE USED IT FOR SIX YEARS STRAIGHT, BUT I THINK IT SHOULD BE CHEAPER IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR AS LITTLE AS YOU NEED TO DO.
