So yes, I thought I could work on my return, stop, save, & return to finish it. But upon return I found that most of my previously entered information was gone. So I had to redo my return about 5 different times. Then when I got to the end it said I needed to fix something with my dependent information.. But I have NO dependents & thought I had made that very clear. Also, if something ever needed to be changed, you can't just change one minor detail, you have to go over the whole friggin section, re-answering stuff you already put down. It wouldn't let you go past that part without it.
I thought this program looked great. I got it because my mom recommended it. Honestly I think I should have just saved my money & gone back to H&R Block. They were good to me last year, got me ALOT more money, & I could have avoided this headache.

What's great about it: I liked all the different deductions & the general layout for people who have never filed before.
What's not so great: It deleted half of my information every time I would have to stop & save. Very frustrating.

Best Tax Program

I have been using Turbo Tax since I could file for taxes. I used to use basic, but since marriage and kids I have been using the Deluxe, which is worth every penny.
What's great about it: Everything is EPIC!!!!
What's not so great: Non

Long time user for almost 20 years. Starting using on a Mac. :-) Never any complaints, always accurate.. Despite what H&R Block claims about people who do their own taxes I'm always confident I got the max refund out the deal and the numbers are correct. Thank you for many years pain free tax filing.
What's great about it: Easy to use and has always been easy to use.
What's not so great: Hmm...I have none.

Fastest way to do taxes

Easy to finish tax returns-just go through the questions. Tells you which sections apply to your situation, so you can skim over the irrelevant sections. Good, concise explanations of terms.
What's great about it: just answer the questions and it does all the work for you
What's not so great: still have to have your documents and receipts

Has been a great tool and resource for me. Easy and accurate. couldn't ask for a better product.
What's great about it: Takes you step by step.
What's not so great: At very end said good to file but still a few things to go over...confusing.

great, loved it, got it done in a couple of hours, make sure you have a system of keeping are receipts throughout the year of deductions!
What's great about it: familiarity, ease of use, detailed to the extent user needs it
What's not so great: would like eFile to be free for State too
