Bigger Refund

I have been using this software, I believe, for over 10 years. This seemed to be the easiest year to file even though my returns were more complicated
What's great about it: Very, very, very simple
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Turbo Tax is user friendly, do not need know anything about taxes/ Step-by Step guide or you just choose what you need.

Had you asked me a month ago, I would have given you a 10 star...this delay is very confusing and I feel it is a Turbo Tax issue. When I went to IRS website, the forms were available.....In additon, I did not need them to file my taxes, but I was still delayed by two weeks.

Made taxes easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and I don't plan on changing programs.
My husband is retired and works part-time at 3 different places. It is so easy for me to enter all the W-2 forms and the 1099 and 1098 forms as well.
I think you have a very good product.
What's great about it: Like the way it takes you through step by step, especially the break down for clothing donations.
What's not so great: none

What's not so great: Trying to figure out city pension info. Info asked regarding pension annuity was unclear to us.

Love the quick and easy tax filling, I used to loathe doing tax return, so tedious and time consuming, with turbo tax I can be done in a fraction of the time. great product and value.
