Does the Job

The tax preparation part of the product is excellent; easy to follow and step by step. But tool is constantly trying to sell additional products and I didn't realizeI was being charged to e-file my state return until the very end of the return and there was no apparent way to switch to filing manually.
What's great about it: Step by step, easy to follow
What's not so great: Tries to sell extra stuff during return

Great program as it walks you through everything you need to do and checks for mistakes. I never worry when I do my taxes with Turbo Tax!

I use this program to help be organize before I go into my accountant and have all my papers in order and complete. There matters like depreciation that I just don't get. This program will let you do everything but usually in the most awkward way. If I have an amount to enter I should just be able to enter it without going to a worksheet.
I just finished using this to do my aunt's quick easy taxes and it was still annoying. I wish I could have clicked on the 4 sections I knew I'd have to enter and move through. The short form took 60 min and I anticipate the longer form will take 2 hours. I wish the program would help me do it in half this time.

What's great about it: looks like this program covers all the bases
What's not so great: THe way I have to skip down to the bottom of the page each time is annoying; should be able to just go to the next page.

I have always gone to professionals but after paying so much I decided to try Turbo Tax this year. So glad I did, it was so fast and easy to use! This will be my method from now on! Thanks!!
