Reliable and User Friendly

Great program and have been a user since 2007!
What's great about it: Covers almost everything with ease of use
What's not so great: Need to dig into several topics to understand eligibilty of deductions

I may not buy TurboTax next year

I bought TurboTax most years because it works seamlessly with Quicken. However this version for 2013 did not directly import data from my version of Quicken 2011. I am very disappointed with this requirement. I had to export a .txf file in order to complete my taxes for this year. If future versions will not work with Quicken 2011 (and older), I will shop for other tax software next year.
What's great about it: Worked great for the most part
What's not so great: would not import from Quicken 2011

Really liked how it simplified the tax process and got me more than I thought I would.

It was easy to use and I could stop and start over and over again and nothing was ever lost. The "what is this" info was helpful, and I felt confident nothing was missed. It is also nice to have my return both saved on my computer and printed.
The program also knows which additional forms are required based on your responses, attaches them and automatically fills them out. Really nice.
What's great about it: Thorough, took me step-by-step
What's not so great: didn't like paying to file the state return

Easy step-by-step instructions. Keep great records and have receipts readily available to save time entering data. Especially have addresses of charitable organizations that you have donated to.
What's great about it: Watching the refund increase as I entered data
What's not so great: The processing fee should be included in software purchase price.

Rocking Refund!

TurboTax is extremely helpful and easy to use. This was the first year I have completely done my taxes myself and I loved the experience. Plus, I got a rocking refund. Thanks TurboTax!
