I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I have had multiple jobs, bought and sold homes, moved to a new state, and it always walks you through the steps you need.
I have made the mistake of using a tax preparer in the past, but the cost was unrealistic. This is so easy to use, and the cost is nominal comparatively.
What's great about it: Pulls in all the information from prior years!

I'm a partly retired electronics engineer; I am totally comfortable with numbers. I did my own taxes from 1960-1994. Since 1995 I have used Turbo-Tax. It sure makes tax-prep easy. Thanks for a great product. Phil Koetsch. Oregon.

Over all a GREAT product. Well worth the purchase price. I can't think of any reason that someone would balk at using this. I've used it for years - no problems.
What's great about it: Straightforward and thorough
What's not so great: Had a little confusion finding how to print for review prior to submit.

Much more user friendy than before. I've been using Turbo Tax over 10 years, and it hasn't always been that way. Overall, an excellent program.
What's great about it: Seems to be greatly improved over previous versions.
What's not so great: Slow operation on my older laptop.
