Good consistent product. No big changes just to make it pretty, I like that!
What's great about it: Easily transfers from last year. Easy to compare to last year numbers
What's not so great: cost keeps going up, may look for alternatives next year

Turbotax is very easy to use, the software walks you through absolutely everything in a short amount of time. This product makes doing taxes a breeze! Thank you Turbotax!

The Way to Go

TurboTax is a great way to go for doing your income taxes.
I would suggest an auto save feature at each step. I lost an entire section of data when my computer did an auto system up date. Yuck! Also a nation wide sale tax look up table would be nice. I needed to stop doing TurboTax and search the internet to find the local sale tax rate.

With the addition of Farm Income & expenses, additional IRA-
RMD, return took longer, but there was substantially more information involved this year. Plus the addition of another State taxing authority; next year should be a breeze.

Just Okay

On the Dividend form didn't have Form E. Then found out through searching Help from other people having the problem.The only way to get it was to update. Which wasn't easy to figure out. Had to save and close program for updates. Tax Cut automatically runs updates when you download program.
What's great about it: Easy Importing and questions
What's not so great: Didn't realize it doesn't automatically update when download new program.

So easy!

I am able to complete my taxes very quickly. The wording is easy to understand, so much so that my husband can prepare my taxes with just my paperwork and I don't even need to be around!
What's great about it: Thumbs up for the step-by-step walk through deductions. The "Uncommon Deductions" titles make it easy to whiz through.
What's not so great: Not knowing my Turbo Tax username and password I need at the end to file my state return.
