15 YEARS AND NEVER A PROBLEM!

ITS LIKE MY COMPANY AND I HAVING OUR OWN TAX ACCOUNTANT. I HAVE USED TURBO TAX SINCE IT IMPORTING FROM QUICK BOOK PRO TO TURBO TAX IS SO EASY AND TRANSPARENT, IF YOU HAVE DONE PROPER BOOKKEEPING DURING THE YEAR, TUBO TAX IS DONE IN JUST A MATTER OF A FEW, NO HAIR PULLING HOURS.
What's great about it: SO EASY TO COMPUTE MY HIGHEST RETURN
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Refund

In some area Turbo tax could have been simplified. Once, I told it that I had no house. I still had to go through all the steps to make sure that I was not doing anything wrong.
What's great about it: some steps were confusing
What's not so great: It was simple after I got going

I love Turbo Tax! It takes the stress out of filing taxes!
What's great about it: Easy Step By Step Directions
What's not so great: Pay State Fee w/ C.C. or it costs extra to use refund!

Great software

The software is great... prefilling blocks and adding dashes to tel numbers, slashes when necessary. only con is that we had so scroll down to get to the continue block on many pages; but this was due to not having applicable information to enter in those categories.
What's great about it: pre filled many blocks, automatically inserted dashes, slashes, and stuff
What's not so great: had to scroll down to continue on many pages
