Easy and quick

Each year it just gets easier and faster. When you get to a spot you are not sure about you can break and check there help section. Putting your question in the search bar will 90% of the time bring up the same or similar question asked by someone else.
What's great about it: Downloads last year returns and just has to check for changes.
What's not so great: You can get nervous if you get to a spot you don't understand.

I love using turbo tax, save my brain on doing calculations.
What's great about it: ability to just enter information
What's not so great: time consuming :) but worth it.

I have used TurboTax for several years which makes it very smooth preparing and comparing year to year. From one year to the next, my financial situations do not change drastically, so the program guides me based on past years.
What's great about it: The program is intuitive and simple to use from one year to the next.
What's not so great: Error check can be tricky at times.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Didnot understand the payment for e-filing tax return billing. Therefore elected to mail in State return.

You need to make the instructions more clear on the worksheet ie having to look up the filing dates on another website or supply the needed dates on the form.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to complete.
What's not so great: Problem with estimated Tax worksheet.

I have used Turbo Tax to do my returns for the last 8 years and it always works perfectly for me!

Done before the Government runs out of cash

Fast, easy, and you can submit your taxes in two hours. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone in the middle class who doesn't have a lot of write-offs or massive charitable deductions. The software guides you through, step-by-step, the IRS forms in a manner that is not frustrating.
What's great about it: User friendly and good with explanations
What's not so great: New IRS forms were not ready when I was ready.
