easier and easier!

Software is getting easier and easier to use. I have been using turbotax since the early release of the products!
Need to correct the glitch with the Audit defense. Once a product add-on is purchased it should be recognized even if you have to return to the file before completing it.

What's great about it: Help is always there. Shrot explanation POP ups are very easy and helpful answering questions as You go through it.
What's not so great: paid for the audit defense then when went back to make corrections did not recognize I already paid for it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Love TT. Easy to use. Love the explore on your own feature. Only issue is electronic filing for state if company is from a non-income tax state and you worked in another state.
What's great about it: Explore on my own.
What's not so great: Electronic filing issue

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. I appreciate the ease with which I can enter the pertinent information and the cues that help me find the right place for the information.

This is a great program to help get through the tax season. All tax questions are answered and the best route for filing a return is made easy. It helps you find tax breaks that you never would have thought were available.

I've been using turbotax for 5 years now, and I wouldn't do my taxes any other way.
