I've used this product since the first version came out. Each year I've noticed notable improvements. So easy to use, so convenient, and relatively inexpensive.
What's great about it: Easy to use

I have used turbo tax for years, done the family's returns and find it to be the best.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

You program is for the most part easy to follow. The only thing that I really found frustrating was the fact that after putting each individual actions of a section e.g., exemptions, it keep going to the TOP of the page instead of the bottom. The item may be item 5 of 10 possible deduction items. So each time you have to scroll done to click on the continue box. Why not have it go to the the bottom where the next exemption item is. One gets to review the entire input to that sections at the end, so just have it go to the bottom.

This is a easy tax program and it will look for every single way so you can get the biggest refund.

I would use Turbo Tax again. I have used it for at least the last 4 years.
What's great about it: Easy, clear for the most part.
What's not so great: Just not sure abotu some topics offered for deductions.
